After a healing treatment, I usually prescribe healing exercises to do at home. You can get one exercise or a whole routine to heal yourself, depending on your needs and desire to do it.

You can start practice with me first and then do it on your own. Exercises may include moving or quiescent qi gong, Kundalini yoga and/or meditation. Like prescription drugs, prescription exercises  are given with a specific purpose to balance something specific.

There are practices that are best practiced with a teacher for a period of time to learn to produce a desired result and some are ok to practice on your own.

The best way to prescribe practices is after a healing treatment. That way I have a better idea about what needs to be done.
