If you want to heal yourself naturally, help solve an emotional or mental issue or just be happier and lighter, there are different practices that are suitable for different purposes.
You would benefit from qi gong if you have a lot of emotions, physical ailments, psychosomatic issues. Qi Gong works through energy meridians in your body and energy around your body. By changing the energy through qi gong exercises, you can change your state of well-being. You can get more health, peace, happiness and light through qi gong. The main task is to “diagnose” correctly where you have an energy imbalance and then practice prescribed exercises every day.
I could teach you one exercise to practice just for 3 min a day, or it could be a personalized routine up to 2.5 h a day to help you fix something.
Qi Gong works slowly, but steadily. If you feel a little better after qi gong practice, that’s a good sign. You need to keep going and be consistent with your practice. Your health and well-being are cumulative through qi gong.

There are two kinds of qi gong:
- Moving qigong
- Quiescent qi gong
In moving qi gong we move physically to circulate energy
In quiescent qi gong we use the mind to move the energy.
Both are very effective and both are needed depending on the circumstances and needs.
Qi Gong is suitable for any kind of body conditioning. I’ve taught qi gong to kids as little as 7 years old and adults as old as in their 80s. It’s all about adjusting the practice.
Kundalini Yoga (KY) is an amazing tool for your mind and body. It works on the energy field differently compared to Qi Gong and is also very effective.
KY is sometimes called the science of angles and triangles, because you have to create special body postures to make energy flow in a specific way and create healing. In Kundalini Yoga we focus our mind on a silent mantra, which makes this practice meditative.
In the end you feel absolutely light in your mind and body, loving everyone around you and the situation doesn’t feel heavy any more. Somehow you have capacity and power to handle life. You are in balance.
I’ve taught Kundalini yoga to both young and not so young. It’s all about adjusting the practice to make it effective. There is no competition in this yoga and we do not pay attention to the perfection of the poses. There are no levels to reach, just your inner joy and peace.

Breathwork is a healing practice that helped me to heal my arthritis, but also connected me deeply to the spirit world. During these intense breathwork practices you go into timeless space where your situation is so much clearer. Breathwork increases your energy so much that everything starts vibrating in the body. This immense amount of energy that travels through you is like a water gushing from the faucet clearing a glass that you’ve just used. Any energy blockage that you might have is cleared with this practice.
1 session is 1 hour. You would need some time to settle after the session.
